During corona-virus you are probably wondering how I can keep myself healthy. There is no food or diet plan that can prevent Covid-19. But we can eat healthy food to strengthen our immune system during this time. The immune system is intricate and delicate system with many different components.Helping one section might impair another, or boosting a certain section may have nothing to do with fighting viruses. Older people have an increased risk of severe symptoms from Covid 19, but if you’re young your risk of complications is much lower. The incubation period lasts 14 days. And then the first symptoms of the virus will appear.
What are the symptoms?
It takes five days to start showing the symptoms, but some people will get them much later.Reported illnesses have ranged from mild symptoms to severe illness and death for confirmed coronavirus disease. If temperature is above 37.7C you have a fever, this can make you feel warm or cold. The sympoms include a combination of:fever, cough, difficulty breathing, muscle pain and tiredness.
Wash your hands!
Wet your hands with clean water and apply soap. Then start rubbing your hands with the soap, lather the backs of your hands between your fingers, and under your nails and rub for 30 seconds.Rinse your hands well under clean water and dry them with clean water.Soap and water is the best way to get rid of germs. But if you can’t use soap and water use hand sanitizer. The sanitizer wont get rid of all types of germs and may not be effective when hands are dirty or greasy.Sanitizers contains at least 60% alcohol.

Maintain a distance!
When someone coughs or sneezes they spray small liquid droplets from their mouth which may contain virus. If you are too close, you can breathe in the droplets, including the COVID-19 virus if the person coughing has the disease.Keep at least 1.5 meter distance and avoid big gatherings. If you sneeze or cough, cover your mouth and nose with a mask and immediately dispose of it into a closed bin.Covering your mouth and nose as you cough and sneeze prevents germs, including viruses, from spreading.
