What is a gym?
While the gym is many things, the main purpose is to reserve a place for the it’s members for a healthy, safe and satisfying workout. Most gyms work with the same principal which is: paying monthly or weekly membership. You should find a lot of machines, dumbbells, barbells, benches each being used for different exercises and muscle groups.
Is the gym the only answer?
Well, being the guy who goes to the gym regularly I’m glad to tell you this: I started in my home, with special kinds exercises found by the name of Calisthenics. Calisthenics is a form of exercise that uses basic body movements. But how? Well in the gym, you use plates and dumbbells for resistance, here in Calisthenics you use your own bodyweight. Your muscles don’t differentiate metal from flesh, if you will.
Muscle groups?
Our bodies are made to move. And the biomechanical tool for moving are the muscles. Muscle group are two, same muscles on the different side of your body. Your body has two sides, left and right and both of those have a front and back side too. The muscles are reordered symmetrically.
