This is too much..!
Well, this is the only this you will need to know about the muscle groups. I’m going to tell you a trick. This has helped me learn at a much faster rate. Looking back at it now, I see how much simpler it could all be explained. Don’t give up to the laziness now! Perseverance is the key to success! Also safety!
The trick!
So this is it. Your body is separated in two: Upper and Lower body. Your upper body, logically, consists of all your muscles in the upper section of your body. Not going to bother you with the bones. The picture above let’s you visualize it better and it should not be a problem for anyone to learn them.
The muscles in your body have two basic movements: Pushing and Pulling. When your run, the front of your leg (your “Quads”) are pushing while the back of your leg (the “Hamstrings”) are doing the pulling job. Every muscle has it’s opposing muscle doing the exact opposite job. Your famous biceps (used for pulling) have triceps right next to them doing the opposite job!
Muscle groups
- Chest and back
- Triceps and biceps
- Legs and abs
Is this really that simple?
This is THE ONLY thing you need to remember. Now its time to hit the gym. But how to start? What do I do?
