The “Ironforge” stage

You did it! Your first 6 weeks were hard, right? But you like it. It is what we were meant to feel in our nature. We should feel pain and soreness, so that we can grow, not only physically, but mentally too!

The Ironforging stage is a period in which you, as a beginner, have a significant advantage over experienced athletes, at building muscle and burning fat at the same time! – This is called body recomposition.

Remember these simple 2 things and you are ready to go:

Number one:
– 250 caloric surplus if you are underweight
– 250 caloric deficit if you are overweight
– Maintenance: eat as much as your body needs.

Number two:
– Get 7-9 hours of quality sleep every night.
– Try to limit alcohol.
